Q:	I am purchasing a new airplane and my local bank has approved me for a loan. The only thing is that the loan has a balloon payment in 36 months. Do you offer purchase money loans that do not have balloon payments?
A:	We offer loans that are fully amortized for up to 25 years. We also offer balloon loans, however, we only recommend them if you plan to own the airplane for a short period of time. Specifically, shorter than the balloon period.
