Q:	I am purchasing an airplane that is owned in an existing shell entity and the seller has offered to sell me the entity as part of the transaction. Will I be able to get a loan to purchase the plane along with the exisiting entity?
A:	Although this type of structure for the transaction can be accomodated, we recommend that you utilize an attorney's assistance for your protection. Most lenders are going to require an attorney's opinion letter concerning the viability of the entity prior to closing the loan as well.
