I am purchasing a new airplane and my local bank has approved me for a loan. The only thing is that the loan has a balloon payment in 36 months. Do you offer purchase money loans that do not have balloon payments?We offer loans that are fully amortized for up to 25 years. We also offer balloon loans, however, we only recommend them if you plan to own the airplane for a short period of time. Specifically, shorter than the balloon period.
